Just south of our Hampstead base, Belsize Park's mix of grand stucco-fronted houses and converted mews properties means we're often solving quite different problems within a few streets of each other.

Belsize Park sits within Camden, sharing much of Hampstead's Victorian character but with a distinct concentration of large family houses split into flats, plus a scattering of mews conversions that come with their own access and structural quirks.
We work regularly across both the grand semi-detached houses on Belsize Avenue and the smaller mews properties tucked behind them, and price and plan each very differently.
Belsize Park falls largely within Camden's conservation areas, similar to neighbouring Hampstead, with particular attention paid to stucco frontages and original architectural detailing on the grander houses. Mews properties often have more flexibility but face their own access and party wall considerations.
